General Questions
1. How can I download your applications?
Concrete Software applications are for sale on our site through our products section. On the bottom of each application page there is a list of devices we support and a link to purchase the application. If you do not see your device listed, please contact us to see if we support your application yet.
2. How do I install the application I just purchased?
OVER-THE-AIR DOWNLOAD
A link will be sent to your phone via an SMS message. Opening the message should prompt you to install the application. If any part of this process does not work, contact the customer support for the site you purchased the application from. If you purchased the application directly from Concrete Software please contact Handango customer support at http://www.handango.com/CSSupport.jsp.
SYMBIAN PURCHASE
You will download a .zip file that contains one or more .jar files. Choose the correct .jar file that matches your device name and send the file to your phone - this is different for each phone. The most common ways are using Bluetooth or a USB cable. Once the files are on the phone, open the .jar file and that will start the install process.
PALM OS PURCHASE
You will download a prc file. If you have the Palm Desktop installed, you should be able to double-click the prc file to queue it for install, and then do a hotsync. For more information about installing files using the HotSync software please check the Palm support page.
MICROSOFT WINDOWS MOBILE PURCHASE
You will download an executable file. You will need to have Microsoft ActiveSync installed. Plug in your device using the USB cable / sync station, and double-click the executable file. For more information about installing files, please see the Microsoft Mobile-based device Help page.
BLACKBERRY PURCHASE
You will download a zip file that contains several alx and cod files. You need to choose one alx file to install to your BlackBerry using the Blackberry Desktop Manager. Follow the directions in the README file that is in the zip file to choose the appropriate file to install.
3. I am have problems purchasing an application, what should I do?
If you have questions regarding your order or if you need assistance downloading the application please contact the site you purchased the application from. If you purchased the application directly from Concrete Software, please contact Handango at http://www.handango.com/CSSupport.jsp. For installation issues or application bugs please see the below FAQs for your device.
4. What devices are your applications compatible with?
At the bottom of each product detail page you will find a list of compatible devices. If your device is not listed it is possible that we support it or that we will release a version for your device shortly. Please contact us and let us know what device you are using and which application you are looking at.
5. When installing files, I get an error "file does not exist."
This error occurs when the downloaded file is a .zip file, and you are trying to install the software directly from the zip file or from a temporary directory. You can get around this by extracting all game file (.prc for Palm devices, .cod and .alx for Blackberry, and .jar for symbian) to a directory on your hard drive.
6. I would like to see some different features in the application, how can I submit them?
We love to get feedback from our customers; please don't hesitate to send us feedback on our application. We are always working to improving our applications by fixing old issues and adding new features. We always value customer feedback and develop our applications directly from this feedback. 7. What do I select if my network is not listed when trying to purchased?

Palm OS Devices
1. Does the application support hi-res mode for my Palm device?
Most of our applications support hi-res mode (320X320 and 320X480 portrait and landscape) on all devices that can handle it. Driving Log and Links Scorecard have not been ported to use high-res graphics.
2. How can I upgrade to the newest version of Aces Texas Hold'em for Palm?

3. Your application does not hotsync to my device. How do I get the application on my device?
Try re-downloading and reinstalling the latest version of the Palm Desktop software. You can get the latest version here.
Windows Mobile Devices
1. How can I upgrade to the newest version of Aces Texas Hold'em for Windows Mobile?
If you purchased the product from our website or the handango web site you may click Here to find out if your eligible for a free upgrade. If you have any problems contact Handango Support.
2. After playing the game for quite some time the application freezes and the only way to get it to work is to re-install, how can I fix this?
If this is the case, generally this means you have received corrupt files by mistake. You can click here and give us a copy of your receipt and we will help to fix this problem.
BlackBerry Handhelds
1. How can I get the latest version of Aces Texas Hold'em for my Blackberry?

2. When I try and start the application, it shuts down and says "application has been denied the "Media Access" permission." What can I do to fix this?
You can go into tools or Options on your device and go to the Security options and adjust the permissions set on our applications and it should allow the application to work. If this does not work you can Contact Us, and we can help you work around this issue. .
3. When I try to add the .alx file in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, I receive an error that says "No additional applications designed for your device where found." What can I do to fix this?
If you run into the error that says "No additional applications designed for your device where found", you will want to make sure you had all the files in the same directory when adding the .alx file, or you will need to download the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager. You can go to the RIM site to download the latest version. If this does not work you can Contact Us, and we can help you work around this issue. .
Nokia Phones
1. The application does not install to my Nokia 6600.
This occurs due to a security restriction on certain Nokia 6600 phones with downloaded signed application over the air. To get around this, you can either try to download and install the application jar file (if available) to your phone through a cable or bluetooth, or if you Contact Us, we can help you work around this issue.
Aces Texas Hold'em® and Aces Omaha (All Versions)
1. How can I get the game to run faster?
From the 'Main Menu', choose 'Game Settings' or 'My Settings'. Here you can change 'Speed' to make the game faster or slower. If the fastest setting still is not fast enough, there is probably a device limitation or inefficiency that is restricting the speed.
2. The game does not seem to split the pot when it should, what is the problem here?
When a split pot occurs the game will display the first person wins $$$ with the continue button at the bottom. Once the continue button is pressed it will show the second player winning $$$. If this is not the case please check the kickers to make sure that it should be split. If these are not the case please Contact Us and include all the cards if possible.
