Mobile Platforms. If you play or purchase our games on your mobile device and/or tablet, we receive information about you from the app stores and other mobile platform providers. Information provided to us by third parties: Our games and sites may include advertising for third party products and services. Although legal requirements may vary from country to country, Concrete Software intends to adhere to the principles set forth in this Privacy Policy even if, in connection with the above, we transfer your Personal Information from your country to countries that may not require an “adequate” level of protection for your Personal Information. In general, our goal is to provide protection for your Personal Information no matter where that Personal Information is obtained, transferred, or retained.

Buying or Sharing Accounts

Account buying, selling, or sharing is not permitted. Any actions committed, or bans received on your account as a result of sharing are your responsibility as the account creator. Buying and selling accounts is against our policies and may result in an account ban.

General Health and Safety

A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights. Exposure to certain patterns or backgrounds on a mobile device, computer screen, or while playing video games, may induce an epileptic seizure in these individuals. If you or anyone in your household has an epileptic condition, please consult your doctor before playing. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, any involuntary movement, or convulsions while playing, immediately discontinue use and consult your doctor.
