Handango, the leading provider of smartphone content, has released its 2006 Special Edition Yardstick, a year end global report on the state of the smartphone content industry. The results clearly show that Aces Texas Hold’em® from Concrete Software had a winning year. While over 11,000 new software titles were added to the Handango catalog last year, only one game, Aces Texas Hold’em – No Limit appeared as a Top 10 best seller.

The Special Edition Yardstick reports on key smartphone metrics including top selling applications from Handango’s catalog. This information is presented for each of the five major smartphone platforms: BlackBerry, Palm OS, Symbian OS, and Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone.
